Job summary

Biltmore Properties, Inc. is hiring a part-time Maintenance team member at Kachina Gardens in Winslow, AZ to support day-to-day upkeep and respond to repair needs. This entry‑level role focuses on keeping the community clean, safe, and in good working order.

You will perform general maintenance and janitorial tasks, assist with basic repairs across trades, and coordinate with the Site Manager to prioritize work orders. This is an on-site, hands-on role suited for reliable team players.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance technician and/or janitorial experience.
• Comfort performing minor building repairs across multiple trades.

A Typical Shift

You’ll arrive onsite at Kachina Gardens, check in, and review the day’s open items before heading out across the property. Some moments are quiet and routine—resetting a unit after a turn, touching up a wall, or keeping common areas looking sharp—while others are more urgent, like a quick fix that helps a resident get back to normal. Throughout the shift, you’ll move between indoor and outdoor spaces, keep your tools and supplies organized, and document what was completed so the next steps are clear. You’ll wrap up by confirming what’s been addressed and what needs follow‑up, leaving the community safer and more orderly than when you started.
