Job summary

Salisbury University is seeking a part-time BHIPP Field Supervisor to provide clinical supervision for BHIPP Salisbury interns. Supervision is provided to students weekly at each of the assigned primary care medical offices during the academic year.

The supervisor reports to the BHIPP Program Manager and will oversee 1–4 interns, with no budgetary responsibilities. A MSW and MD Board license are required, plus strong supervisory and professional communication skills to support student

Qualifications

• MSW required and in good standing with the MD Board of Social Work Examiners.
• Experience providing clinical supervision or field supervision preferred.
• Ability to supervise students in multiple primary care settings during the academic year.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical supervision to BHIPP Salisbury interns at assigned primary care offices.
• Report to BHIPP Program Manager and coordinate supervision for 1–4 interns.
• No budgetary responsibilities associated with this role.
