Salisbury University (SU) seeks a Part-time MSW Intern Supervisor for the BHIPP Salisbury Program. The role provides weekly clinical supervision to interns at primary care offices during the academic year, reporting to the BHIPP Program Manager.

The position is contingent I, non-exempt, with priority for applications by Oct 6, 2026, and will remain open until filled. Typical duties include overseeing 1–4 interns, ensuring supervision quality, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with site

Qualifications

• MSW licensure in Maryland required.
• Good standing with MD Board of Social Work Examiners.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical supervision for BHIPP Salisbury interns at assigned primary care medical offices.
• Supervise 1–4 BHIPP student interns during the academic year.

Job Description:

The Part-time MSW Intern Supervisor for the BHIPP Salisbury Program is responsible for providing clinical supervision for the BHIPP Salisbury interns. Supervision is provided to students weekly at each of the assigned primary care medical offices during the academic year. Authority and Accountability Reports to the BHIPP Program Manager. 1 - 4 BHIPP student interns are supervised by this position. No budgetary responsibilities or authority.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• MSW Maryland Social Work License
• Good standing with the MD Board of Social Work Examiners

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years post-MSW practice experience
