Job summary

Clhmentalhealth in Maryland is seeking a part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Psychotherapist or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide supervision. The candidate must hold an MD license and be Alcohol and Drug Board-approved for supervisory duties, with at least two years of supervision experience.

The role includes on-site and virtual supervision, documentation, and adherence to HIPAA and COMAR requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, MFT, or social work.
• Maryland Board Certified Supervisors (LCSW-C or LCPC) licensure.
• Active Maryland license in good standing.
• At least two years of supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of state certification/licensing requirements and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 7 clinicians and/or student interns to ensure adherence to policies and documentation timelines.
• Provide and complete documentation for weekly/bi-weekly/monthly supervision through case consultation and clinical recommendations.
• Complete monthly quality and assurance chart audits and calls.
• Carry out disciplinary actions and annual reviews as needed.
• Streamline processes to reduce costs and increase productivity and revenue.
• Equip the team with clinical skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and training sessions, and provide on-site and virtual supervision as needed.
