Fox Valley Park District is seeking a part-time Facility Custodian for Vaughan Athletic Center in Aurora, IL. The role requires cleaning and maintenance of restrooms, locker rooms, and public areas during morning hours (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 5:30–9:00 am).

Ideal candidates are dependable, energetic, with good customer service and teamwork. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and reliable transportation; prior custodial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, energetic, self-motivated and service oriented.
• Must be at least 20 years old and have a high school degree or equivalent.
• In good physical condition to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of restrooms, locker rooms, child care area, windows, floors, hallways, etc.
• Laundering of fitness towels and cleaning of exercise equipment.
• Room set-up and take down; assist with athletic equipment and/or mats.
