Job summary

The Cary Park District is seeking a part-time Facility Custodian to support maintenance and cleaning at the Community Center and Lions Park facilities. You will handle janitorial tasks, room set-ups and break downs, equipment maintenance, and the preventive maintenance program.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, ability to complete trainings, and a valid Illinois driver's license.

The Cary Park District is looking to hire a part-time Facility Custodian. The ideal candidate should have janitorial and customer service experience along with good communication skills. The Facility Custodian is responsible to perform janitorial and general maintenance, room set-ups and break downs, equipment maintenance, and the preventive maintenance program at the Community Center, and Lions Park Maintenance Facility as well as the restrooms located throughout the park system.
