Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license and willingness to undergo background checks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials and documenting entry/exit activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, controlled manner and notify site contacts.
• Prepare clear reports of observations and incidents for leadership.
