Job summary

Allied Universal in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer to perform patrols, monitor access points, and deter security incidents with a visible presence at a manufacturing and industrial site. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions, and you will provide courteous service to employees and visitors.

You will work Mon and Fri 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, using site procedures and technology to log activities, respond to alarms, and coordinate with site leadership to

• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Background check in accordance with federal/state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, and surrounding grounds.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor logs.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and coordinate with site contacts as directed.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate findings to leadership.
