Job summary

The St. Joe Company/St. Joe Resort Operations seeks a part-time bartender at The Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach, FL. The role centers on delivering high-quality beverage service and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include setting up the bar, handling cash, upselling food and drinks, keeping the workspace clean, and maintaining inventory and equipment while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• At least 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume facility preferred.
• In-person customer service experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar at beginning of shift.
• Pick up and count bank.
• Ensure bar is clean, sanitized and stocked with beverages and supplies.
• Greet guests and upsell food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Close/bar break down and clean all workspaces.
