Job summary

The Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach, FL is hiring a Common Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness in lobby, public spaces, spa, pool deck and related areas. You will clean guest and employee restrooms, windows, doors and ensure all areas meet company standards.

Responsibilities include stocking amenities, reporting damages, and assisting in general housekeeping tasks. Ability to read English, attention to detail and a team mindset are essential. This is a full-time, on-site role at The Pearl Hotel.

Qualifications

• Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Clean lobby and all public spaces
• Clean hotel and employee restrooms (empty sanitary feminine trash cans, clean mirrors, restock items, etc.)
• Clean behind front desk and back offices
• Clean windows, walls, and doors
• Clean outside of building keeping it free of trash and debris
• Clean conference rooms ensuring tidiness and chairs arranged
• Clean employee break room
• Clean spa facilities, restrooms, showers and treatment rooms
• Empty trash cans
• Stock all amenities in appropriate areas
• Responsible for maintaining the appropriate level of sanitary and cleaning supplies for assigned areas
• Refills all dispensers such as hand towels, toilet paper & hand soap
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Always greet guests in a courteous and pleasant way
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
• All other duties as assigned

Position Type: Full Time

Job Summary

The Common Area Attendant is responsible for keeping all common guest areas such as the lobby, elevators, floor hallways, glass doors/ windows, stairwells, concierge lounge and the bathrooms clean and up to company standards at all times. This role is always responsible to maintain the cleanliness of surrounding areas such as the Spa and fitness center and assist in the cleanliness of the Pool Deck.

Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Clean lobby and all public spaces
• Clean hotel and employee restrooms (empty sanitary feminine trash cans, clean mirrors, restock items, etc.)
• Clean behind front desk and back offices

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

• Possible exposure to a somewhat noisy environment
• Possible exposure to bodily waste
