ALO is seeking a Sales Associate in Bay Village, OH to deliver the ALO experience and educate guests about our community and culture. You will be an expert in product knowledge, helping customers with features, benefits, fabric, design, and care, while thriving in a team environment.

You’ll drive store sales, build client relationships daily, and collaborate with leadership to meet goals, while maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop atmosphere and supporting visual merchandising and inventory flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible weekend hours.
• Strong collaboration with the team and leadership.

Responsibilities
