Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in implementing instructional plans and classroom activities.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs or learning challenges.
• Monitor and manage student behavior to maintain a safe classroom environment.
• Help prepare instructional materials for lessons.
• Assist with the assessment and documentation of student progress.
• Support students during transitions between classes, lunch, and recess.
• Communicate with teachers, parents, and staff regarding student needs and progress.
• Participate in professional development and training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising teacher or school administration.
