Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
• Proficiency in using student data systems and technology-based instructional tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted academic support in reading, mathematics and core content across middle school grades.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, content and reading specialists, and support staff to monitor progress.
• Deliver research-based interventions to improve academic outcomes.
• Move students into small-group settings and adapt instruction based on data.
