Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced MFM sonographer for the Maternal Fetal Diagnostics department at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Illinois. This part-time Registry position requires OB/GYN ultrasound expertise, ARDMS registration, and CPR certification.

Be part of a team performing high-risk OB imaging with patient-centered care. Expect Tuesdays 0800-1630 with additional coverage during vacation periods.

Qualifications

• Two years OB/GYN ultrasound experience.
• Proficient in OB/GYN imaging and fetal assessment.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of ultrasound.

Responsibilities

• Perform OB/GYN ultrasound procedures and vascular assessments with high accuracy.
• Document patient history, findings, and communicate with physicians.
• Operate ultrasound equipment, maintain labeling and image quality.
• Assist physicians during invasive procedures (amniocentesis, endovaginal imaging).
• Position patients and ensure safety and comfort during exams.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and CME credits.
