You will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, supervise staff, and drive in-stock optimization, returns processing, and promotional execution in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Ability to stand and move in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards.
• Manage inventory control, pricing accuracy, and stock movement.
• Provide MOD coverage and store leadership.
• Execute price changes on time and support Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Oversee RTVs/ASN processing and shrink reduction initiatives.
