Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager in Milpitas, CA to lead merchandising and store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include SOP adherence, MOD coverage, truck/execution, in-stock optimization, planogram compliance, and staff development in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and manage SOPs and company programs.
• Experience with planograms and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP and program adherence.
• Lead truck execution and inventory routines to keep shop floor ready.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage pricing changes and promotional execution on the floor.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members and ensure store conditions meet standards.
