Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and policy compliance.
• Oversee truck execution and inventory routines.
• Manage planogram sets and visual standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and floor leadership.
• Own workload planning and staffing alignment with business needs.
• Execute and optimize Store-In-Stock routines for replenishment.
• Oversee planogram execution to meet company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and initial product placement.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and shrink reduction.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
