Job summary

Mondelēz in Champlin, MN is seeking a part-time in-store merchandising representative to uphold our merchandising standards and drive excellent shopper experiences.

You will travel to a variety of stores, perform daily visits in line with RTM plans, capture photos, and coordinate with store teams to keep displays stocked.

Strong customer service, communication, and reliability are essential; previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail or grocery merchandising experience preferred.
• Residency within Champlin, MN area.
• Willing to work 20-25 hours weekly on Tue/Thu/Sun.

Job description

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers and store managers
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to the RTM and management team
• Lift, bend, and move product from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Champlin, MN
• Schedule availability required: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday
• 20-25 hrs/wk
