Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service, maximize inventory, and support online orders. Internally called Merchandiser, you will work under store management, handling merchandising and related responsibilities with potential delivery duties.

You will engage customers, learn product knowledge through training, and help maintain a safe, compliant store environment while supporting curbside and in-store pickups as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations, including curbside pickup and delivery if assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies.
