Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Support Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in Lancaster, CA. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush, and more, while staying organized on the sales floor.

Training is provided with starting pay $17.10 per hour, with scheduled increases to $18.10 after six months and $19.00 after one year. Flexible scheduling supports peak holidays and part-time hours.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation to service multiple locations
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates
• Able to use company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks
• Weekend availability around major holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route; merchandise and display products
• Communicate with management about service or schedules
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays
• Assist with store resets or minor fixture work as needed
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet
• Work independently and as part of a team
