Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Support Merchandiser to independently service retail locations, maintaining inventory and display standards for greeting cards and related products. The role emphasizes organization, time management, and everyday store support on a part-time basis.

Training is provided, with a starting hourly rate and scheduled increases during the first year, plus a 401(k) with company match. Flexible scheduling accommodates peak holiday periods and store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Access to reliable transportation and internet.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Occasional additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work or product relocation when needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company tablet.
