Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Must have reliable internet to receive updates.
• Able to learn and use the company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and organize product orders in greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Display products and maintain backroom organization.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets as needed (fixtures, product movement).
• Plan weekly service with assigned stores using a company tablet.
• Work independently and in a team.
