American Greetings is hiring part-time Merchandisers to service several Wooster area stores, arranging display layouts and maintaining product shelves. You will manage time across locations, communicate with store management, and support holiday busy periods with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations
• Access to reliable internet for updates
• Technological competency to learn and use company-provided tablet
• Meet scheduling needs including weekends and major holidays

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product in greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organization skills.
• Build relationships with store teams during daytime retail hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work and product setup.
