Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency—able to learn and use company-provided tablet for training and daily activities/tasks.
• Occasional weekends and days around major holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backrooms and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate questions or concerns regarding service or schedules to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment using time management and organizational skills.
• Partner with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets and minor fixture work.
