Job summary

American Greetings is a global leader in the Celebrations marketplace and seeks a Merchandiser to service multiple MA retail locations. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, and more, while keeping backrooms organized and schedules on track.

The role requires strong time management, reliability, and communication with store staff. Training is provided and there is flexible scheduling, including peak holiday periods.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates.
• Willingness to learn company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Occasional weekends and holiday scheduling may be required.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other locations; maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Be available for extra days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets and minor fixture work as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet.
• Work independently and with a team.
