American Greetings is a global leader in the Celebrations marketplace. As a Merchandiser, you will travel across multiple retail locations, displaying and maintaining inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush and more.

The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and a 401(k) with company match. No experience is required; training will be provided. Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive updates.
• Able to learn and use company-provided tablet.
• Willing to work weekends and around major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and other inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule concerns.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with good time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime retail hours.
• Availability for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work or product relocation.
