Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service multiple Indiana retail locations including Washington, Odon, Elnora, and Petersburg. You will display greeting cards, wrap, and party goods, and maintain backroom inventory on a route-based schedule.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; shifts include daytime hours with more work around holidays. Must be 18+, reliable transport, and able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation to cover multiple routes.
• Reliable internet access for updates and training.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other retail locations; maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate questions or concerns to management regarding service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organization.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, and product relocation as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
