American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple Indiana retail locations, including Rochester. You will display and maintain greeting card and related product inventory, organize backroom areas, and coordinate with store management on weekly schedules.

Flexibility around holidays and training is provided. The role emphasizes independent work with strong time-management and reliability, including use of a company tablet for daily tasks.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
Access to reliable internet for updates and training.
Willingness to learn and use a company-provided tablet.
Weekend and holiday scheduling as needed.

Responsibilities

Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
Display products in greeting card and retail locations; maintain backroom areas.
Communicate scheduling or service questions to management.
Work in fast-paced retail settings with strong time-management.
Build relationships with store staff during daytime business hours.
Assist with store resets as needed and with fixture tasks.
