Starting pay is $13.10 per hour with increases after 6 months to 13.80 and after one year to 14.50, plus flexible scheduling, paid training, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; able to perform the job with training.
• Must be 18 years or older; provide legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple locations.
• Reliable internet access for updates and training.
• Comfort with using a company-issued tablet for daily tasks.
• Availability for weekends and major holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandise, display products and maintain backroom organization.
• Communicate questions or scheduling concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, or product relocation as requested.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
