Job summary

American Greetings Corporation is seeking a Support Merchandiser to service retail locations across Indiana, including Saint John and Schererville. You’ll display and maintain greeting cards, gift wrap, and party goods while keeping backrooms organized and inventory levels accurate.

You will work independently on a route with flexible weekly hours (approximately 4 hours per week, rising around holidays). Pay starts at $14.40 per hour with increases after 6 months and after 1 year, plus paid

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently on a route across multiple stores.
• Strong time management and organizational skills for inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain backroom areas and perform inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with management regarding service or scheduling questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with effective time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, small fixture work or product assembly as requested.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
