Job summary

American Greetings in Westfield, IN is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations on a dedicated route. You will display greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, and other party goods while keeping backroom areas organized.

No experience is required as training is provided; you must be 18+, able to lift up to 40 pounds, and have reliable transportation and internet. Schedule averages 7–12 hours weekly, with increased hours around major holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency—able to learn and use company provided tablet for training and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations; maintain backrooms.
• Communicate with management any questions or scheduling concerns.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organization.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Occasionally assist with store resets or minor fixture work as needed.
