American Greetings seeks a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple Minnesota retail locations, displaying and maintaining inventory across greeting cards and related items. The role emphasizes organization and time management while working independently on a tight schedule.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; pay begins at $15.30/hour with raises after six months and after one year, plus flexible scheduling and benefits such as a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple store locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates and training.
• Willingness to learn and use a company tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Availability for weekends and around major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other locations; maintain backroom organization.
• Communicate schedule or service questions to management.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment using time management skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work or product assembly as needed.
• Plan weekly schedule and workload in stores using a company tablet.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
