Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to service greeting card, gift wrap, and party goods displays across retail locations, including Marquette, MI. You will maintain inventory, organize backrooms, and perform routine merchandising tasks with independence.

No experience is required; training is provided. The role supports daytime routes, requires reliable transportation, and offers a starting pay of $14.00/hour with scheduled raises after 6 months and 1 year, plus 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple locations.
• Reliable internet to receive updates.
• Comfort with using a company-provided tablet for training and tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on the assigned route, merchandize and organize product orders, display products in greeting card departments and other locations, and maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate with management any questions or concerns regarding service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organization.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, minor fixture work, relocation, or removal as requested.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
