American Greetings is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations from Baxter, MN. You will display and maintain inventory on greeting card departments, manage backrooms, and coordinate with store staff.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role involves lifting up to 40 pounds, occasional weekend work, and use of a company tablet for daily tasks and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to service multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet for job updates and training.

• Weekend availability around major holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and maintain backroom organization.
• Communicate with management regarding service and schedules.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, and product assembly as requested.
• Plan weekly service schedule using company tablet and manage workload.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
