Job summary

American Greetings in Cloquet, MN is seeking a part-time Support Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations on a regularly scheduled route. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods and more, using a company tablet to plan and track weekly work.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. The starting wage is $13.50 per hour with increases to $14.30 after six months and $15.00 after one year, plus flexible scheduling and a 401(k) with

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency—able to learn and use company provided tablet for training and daily activity/tasks.
• Meet scheduling needs – weekends and days around major holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations; maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management any questions or scheduling concerns.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with time-management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets, minor fixture work or product assembly as requested.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a company tablet.
