Hallmark Cards in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to restock and organize Hallmark products across retailer locations. You will manage inventory, support seasonal resets and installations, and collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement.

The role involves 7–10 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including some holidays. Training is provided and voluntary benefits are available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within the Hallmark department at stores.
• Holiday support: extended hours around major holidays and potential weekend work.
• Department Resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and reorganizing card sections with advanced notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support other teams as needed.
