Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory while supporting fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations.

The role requires flexibility for a 5–15 hour work week, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Access to transportation to travel to assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products across assigned stores using a provided mobile device.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: participate in installations and remodeling of Hallmark fixtures and card sections, with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to assist teammates as needed.
