Hallmark Cards is seeking a Field Merchandiser in Marion, IN 46953. This part-time role involves stocking, organizing, and maintaining Hallmark product displays in various retail stores, with a focus on inventory and seasonal resets. You will collaborate with store teams and may assist with other products in the stores you service.

The position offers paid training, a variable schedule, and voluntary benefits; average weekly hours are 7–9, with holiday and weekend work possible.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Experience using a handheld device for work tasks.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device; communicate with supervisor and provide feedback.
• Holiday support: extra days and extended hours around major holidays, may include weekends and actual holidays.
• Department Resets: participate in installations and remodeling tasks, relocate departments, and reset card sections with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: be part of a network of merchandisers supporting other team members across territories.
