Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory across various retailers. You will restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products, support seasonal resets and installations, and collaborate with store staff to ensure attractive displays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device to open/read documents and interpret information.
• Have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Have access to transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Support seasonal resets and installations; assist in building and relocating card sections and fixtures.
• Collaborate with store teams and franchisee staff, ensuring proper product displays and customer engagement.
• Communicate with supervisor, report time, and provide merchandising feedback using a handheld device.
