Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Support Merchandiser to service designated retail locations, display and maintain inventory of greetings cards, gift wrap and party goods, and keep backroom areas organized.

The role is route-based near Black River Falls, WI, with around 2 hours per week and seasonal increases around holidays. Pay starts at $13.50/hour, with planned increases to $14.30 and $15.00 within the first year. Flexible scheduling and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates and information.
• Able to learn and use company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Meet scheduling needs including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders and displays.
• Communicate scheduling or service questions to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Possibility of additional days and extended hours during holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work or product movement as needed.
• Plan weekly service workload using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
