Job summary

American Greetings is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to service stores on a multi-location route in Madison, WI. You will display and maintain inventory in greeting card departments and other retail areas, ensuring timely resets and shelf readiness.

No experience is required; training is provided. The role offers an hourly wage starting at $15.30 with raises to $16.20 after six months and $17.00 after one year, plus flexible scheduling and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management regarding schedule and service questions.
• Work in fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organization.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Availability for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets or fixture work.
• Review weekly service schedule using company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
