The role emphasizes independence, time management, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with increases to $14.80 after 6 months and $15.50 after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Comfortable using a company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Occasional weekends and holiday scheduling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve assigned retail routes, merchandising products and maintaining displays.
• Keep backroom areas organized and manage inventory tasks.
• Communicate with store management regarding service and schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Support additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal.
