Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations across our Lewisburg area route. You will merchandise greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush and related items, while maintaining organized backrooms and displays.

The role emphasizes independence, time management, and accurate inventory upkeep. The position offers flexible scheduling and paid training, with potential for increased hours during peak holiday periods.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple locations
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates
• Technological competency to learn and use a company-provided tablet
• Meet scheduling needs including weekends and major holidays

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders, displaying product in greeting card departments and other locations, maintaining organized backroom areas and inventory tasks as needed
• Communicate with management any questions or concerns regarding service or schedules
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment utilizing time management and organizational skills
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime retail hours
• Availability for additional working days and extended hours around major holidays
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets including fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a company tablet
• Work independently and with a team
