Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Associate to stock shelves, coolers and displays in local stores around Princeton, WV. You will ensure products are fresh, properly rotated, and presented to maximize visibility and sales.

The role involves moving products from backroom to floor, building promotional displays, and coordinating with store teams. Training is provided, and we may require holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Access to personal transportation to reach multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Proof of insurance for transportation.
• Ability to work holidays.
• Ability to lift 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over a 10–12 hour shift.
• Able to perform physical labor with or without accommodation.
• Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.

• Work Days: Sunday - Saturday
• Start Time: 4:00pm
• End Time: 11:00 p.m

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Lays, and Gatorade in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Proof of insurance for transportation
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires you to perform physical labor with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
