PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandiser in Springfield, MO to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays for national and local initiatives. You’ll move product from backroom to sales floor and work with store teams to meet daily records.

The role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases, driving between stores, and being on the go most of the day in a fast-paced environment. On-the-job training is provided and full health benefits accompany competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Personal transportation to access multiple stores within assigned shift
• Ability to drive to locations in different geographic areas
• May be required to work holidays
• Frequent lifting/moving of cases 20–45 lb for 10–12 hours
• Bending, reaching and squatting as part of the job

Quick Look

• Pay: $22.40 per hour
• Location: Springfield, MO
• Work Days: 5 working days with 2 rotating days off
• Start Time: 2PM
• End Time: End time varies based on route completion and business needs

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in‑stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
