Job summary

PepsiCo in South Bend, IN is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and rotate products, set up displays, and support store teams. You’ll travel to local stores, manage shelf conditions, and ensure products are readily available for customers.

As a full-time team member, you’ll receive on-the-job training, operate in a fast-paced environment, and benefit from competitive pay and benefits. Weekends and rotating shifts are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations.
• Able to lift 20-45 pounds repeatedly during 10-12 hour shifts.
• May require working holidays.
• Able to bend, reach and squat.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided).

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
