Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. seeks a full-time merchandiser in Monticello, AR to stock shelves and promote our brands in local stores. You will rotate stock, build displays, and ensure product freshness while collaborating with store teams.

The role requires driving to multiple locations, a valid license, and the ability to lift heavy cases. Weekend/holiday work may be required, with training provided to use handheld ordering tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• May drive to locations in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over a 10–12 hour shift.
• Bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
