PepsiCo Inc. in Sedalia, MO is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure product freshness across local stores.

You will work on a schedule that includes Sundays and mid-week routes, traveling between locations to restock and organize backrooms, with hands-on, on-the-go duties throughout your shift. Join a vibrant field team delivering Pepsi, Gatorade, Aquafina, and other brands.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation).
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation).

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided).

What You’ll Do
