Job summary

Mondelēz International in Stirling, NJ is seeking a proactive Retail Merchandiser to represent the brand in-store, ensuring professional presentation, positivity, and a commitment to excellence. You will service store teams and shoppers, execute merchandising principles, and capture display photos using the Digital Merchandising Initiative.

You will build relationships with store personnel, stock shelves, rotate products, implement promotional displays, and support seasonal launches.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years retail or consumer goods experience.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Access to a personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly; occasional 50+ lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Stirling, NJ.
• Schedule: Sun, Thu, Fri, Sat.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Stirling, NJ
• Schedule availability required: Sun, Thu, Fri, Sat
