Job summary

Mondelēz in-store merchandising role in Franklin, NC represents the brand with professionalism and a commitment to excellence. You will stock shelves, rotate products, and implement promotional displays, capturing photos using DMI.

You will build relationships with store personnel, follow merchandising schedules, and support launches and high-visibility events. Salesforce is used to share store insights with the retail team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and independent.
• Ability to drive to various store locations and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store insights to the Retail Territory Manager and team via Salesforce.
• Safely move products from stockroom to sales floor and stock shelves.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
• Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the Retail Territory Manager and retail team via Salesforce
• Safely perform the physical duties of moving products from stockroom to sales floor and stocking shelves

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Franklin, NC
• Schedule availability required: Saturday and Sunday
